A conversation on the mats became a working product.
My coach was describing the work it took to run the gym. I started asking questions. That conversation became Kimura: one system for the front desk and the work behind it.
School software
A live platform that brings core school operations into one place.
My role: I help build and continue to develop Align. My work is part of an ongoing production platform used for real school operations, not a one-time demo or marketing site.
Data-heavy web application
A market-analysis product I built from scratch to turn dense data into useful decisions.
My role: I built Makarios from scratch, including the product structure, data workflows, analysis tools, dashboards, journal, and public experience.
